Retail purchases through our Ecommerce Store

This can be done by ordering directly online and making payment through Credit Card upon checkout. Prices quoted are inclusive of logistics and shipping through Misumi Kaizen Express, but excludes local handling, VAT, duties and taxes at your destination country. Please check before purchasing to confirm if the item can be imported and these additional costs which you will have to bear separately (if applicable).

Wholesale and volume purchases through our Client Sales Executives via Chat

Chat with us to inquire the cost based on quantity, availability, logistics and shipping charges. You can refer to our Ecommerce Store for the part numbers / items. For those not listed, simply send us the chassis number, make and model of your vehicle and what you need. Our Client Sales will source this for you and provide a direct quotation. If agreeable, we will prepare an Electronic Invoice and Order Number which you can choose to pay securely by Credit Card or local Bank Wire Transfer (Account details below). Once payment is cleared, we will provide order confirmation and the shipping details of your order.

Tax-free export vehicle sales through our Client Sales Executives via Chat

You will require to provide us with a copy of your Passport and destination address. Choose the model and specifications that you are interested in from our Ecommerce Store and contact our Executive via Chat. We will confirm the shipping cost, handling charges, insurance cost option and stock with the actual vendor and provide you with a competitive quote. If agreeable, we will prepare an Electronic Invoice and Order Number which you can choose to pay securely by Credit Card or local Bank Wire Transfer (Account details below). 50% payment is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is required before we prepare the vehicle, ship out and send you the vehicle documentation by courier.

Making payments locally in your country

We provide safe local payment options from your location in the following countries either through secure fund transfer or bank wire transfers to accounts to save on bank charges. Due to the amount involved, you should only transfer the amount due after (a) we have informed you in writing by Email, (b) provided you with our Electronic Invoice and Order Reference Number, and (d) validated your passport, identity & ability to export to the country of destination.
